(“ we ”, “ us ”) care deeply about privacy, security, and online safety, and we take all reasonable actions to protect the users of our services (“ you ”, “ your ”) from the risks of theft, disruption, and unauthorized access to your online information and activities. Generally, we collect information as part of the provision of our Services and in order to improve and enhance them. (i) How to control your communications preferences: You can stop receiving communications from us by clicking on the “unsubscribe link” provided in such communications or within our platform. (ii) Modifying or deleting your information: If you have any questions about reviewing, modifying, or deleting your information, or if you want to remove your name or comments from our Platform or publicly displayed content, you can contact us directly at support@customed.ai. 7. How We Store and Protect Your Information [cite: 69]

(i) Data Location: The data we collect may be maintained, processed and stored by us and our authorized Service Providers (defined below) in multiple locations, including in Israel and other jurisdictions, as reasonably necessary for the proper performance and delivery of our service, or as may be required by law. [cite: 70] While privacy laws may vary between jurisdictions, Customed and its affiliates and service providers are each committed to protect all data processed by it in accordance with this Privacy Policy and customary industry standards, regardless of any lesser legal requirements that may apply in their jurisdiction. (ii) General compliance. When Customed will transfer Personal Information of individuals located in the European Union to anywhere outside of the EU, it will make sure that (i) there is a level of protection of such information deemed adequate by the European Commission; [cite: 72] or (ii) that the relevant Standard Contractual Clauses are in place (i.e., the applicable module of the Standard Contractual Clauses for the transfer of personal data to third countries pursuant to Regulation (E.U.) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council from June 4, 2021, as available here, and the ICO’s International Data Transfer Addendum to the E.U. (iii) Data Protection in Israel: Customed is headquartered in Israel, a jurisdiction which is considered by the European Commission to be offering an adequate level of protection for the Personal Data of EU Member State residents. [cite: 74]
(iv) Keeping your information safe: We care about the security of your information and use commercially reasonable physical, administrative, and technological safeguards to preserve the integrity and security of all information collected through our Platform. [cite: 75] However, no security system is impenetrable and we cannot guarantee the security of our systems 100%. [cite: 76] In the event that any information under our control is compromised as a result of a breach of security, we will take reasonable steps to investigate the situation and, where appropriate, notify those individuals whose information may have been compromised and take other steps, in accordance with any applicable laws and regulations.
